How Puppy Delivery Works

Step 01

Reserve Your Puppy

Submit an inquiry and pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy. We will schedule the transport date together.

Pre-Flight Vet Check

3–5 days before travel, your puppy receives a final vet examination and an official USDA health certificate — required for air travel.

Safe Flight Day

Your puppy travels in a brand-new airline-approved carrier, climate-controlled and secured in the cabin with a professional pet nanny.

Step 04

You Receive Your Baby

We coordinate the exact arrival time with you. Your puppy arrives with all paperwork, food, a familiar blanket, and care instructions.

Shipping FAQs

What age do puppies travel?

Puppies are cleared for travel at 8 weeks of age minimum, once they have received their first set of vaccines and obtained a USDA health certificate from our vet.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to Canada. Contact us for more information on international shipping timelines.

What if my puppy gets sick during transport?

Our nannies are trained in pet first aid. In the extremely rare event of a health issue, we work with a nationwide vet network and our full health guarantee remains in effect.

What does my puppy travel with?

Your puppy travels with a blanket that smells like their mom, a small amount of food and water, their paperwork packet, and a comfort toy. We send a care kit home with everything you need for the first two weeks.

How much notice do I need to schedule shipping?

We recommend booking shipping at least 7–10 days in advance to allow time for the health certificate appointment and flight/transport scheduling.
