If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-limiting genetic condition within 2 years, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value or a full refund.
72-Hour Vet Exam
You have 72 hours after pickup or delivery to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If they find a serious health issue we missed, we cover the resolution.
Vaccine & Deworming Record
Every puppy leaves with a complete vaccination record showing all age-appropriate vaccines given by our licensed vet, plus deworming documentation.
Dental & Physical Soundness
We guarantee structural soundness — correct bite, limb structure, and no visible physical abnormalities at time of sale.
Temperament Guarantee
Pomeranians are known for their personality. We guarantee each puppy has been properly socialized and exhibits a healthy, well-adjusted temperament.
AKC Registration Guarantee
All AKC paperwork is provided and we guarantee registration eligibility. If AKC rejects registration due to our paperwork error, we cover the resolution.
